How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We use third-party Courier Partners to deliver order(s) to Customers/Buyers. It takes 1-2 days for processing the order and 4-6 days of transit time. However, due to weather conditions or any political interruptions, the standard time-frame may exceed. We always keep track of each order dispatched from our end. Customer will be informed at every step.

What Should I Do If I have Failed To Receive The Order?
We understand that customer may be busy somewhere – working in an office, or chilling out. We make 3 attempts on 3 consecutive working days. Customers are requested to call us if they miss their delivery. We will sort it out as early as possible.

We try ‘no delay’ from our side. We will initiate the refund as soon as possible (once the cancellation is approved). Generally, banks do take 5-7 business days, so you can expect the refund within these business days.
